Modern, chic, trendy, urban, these are just a few of the words we’ve heard customers use to describe the Gibson Hotel, Dublin. ‘Best hotel in Dublin’ is also another favorite, but maybe that’s blowing our own trumpet a bit! Then again when you’ve got a hotel to be proud of there’s nothing wrong with shouting out about it is there?
With a fantastic location in the cultural hub of the city, right next to the O2 Arena and overlooking Point Square it’s easy to see why people choose to stay with us again and again. Not to mention our stunning rooms all of which offer a calming and tranquil base in the centre of the city. We’ve made sure that the rooms are as welcoming as possible, flooded with natural light and with many looking out on to one of our private courtyards. Bespoke features such as under bed lighting and fancy free extras such as organic toiletries make us stand out from the crowd and make your stay an unforgettable one.
When it comes to fancy extras, one the highlights of staying at the Gibson Hotel are our hidden outdoor areas. We’re proud to say that we are the only hotel in the centre of Dublin to offer green outdoor spaces, where you can sit and relax amongst the bamboo towers and calming water features.
The Hemidemisemiquaver Bar maybe a bit of a mouthful to say, but we can guarantee any mouthfuls you get from here will be delicious! Located on the 3rd floor of the hotel, the 10m bar is open from breakfast right through to the late hours and is an ideal place to enjoy a meal from our Pan-Asian menu, or to enjoy a cocktail or two with friends. Or you could chill out on the heated O2 terrace overlooking Point Square. If Pan-Asian isn’t your cup of chai then try the in house restaurant, the Coda Eatery. Offering a varied menu of seasonal and locally sourced products where possible, our aim is to offer tasty and wholesome food in a chic yet laid back environment.
As we’ve already said we’re situated right next door to the O2, which always has something going on. Coming up this year at the O2 are The Script, One Direction, Pink, Biffy Clyro and Michael Buble to name but a few! But did you know that we are also only a short walk away from the Aviva Stadium, Irelands National Sports Stadium which this year will be hosting the Six Nations games, World Cup Qualifier games and even Rihanna’s Diamonds Tour! Hop on the Luas (the Irish tram network!) right outside the hotels door and be in the city centre within minutes ready to hit the shops or to visit one of the many museums and attractions on offer.
So next time you’re in Dublin, don’t just take our word for it, come and check The Gibson Hotel Dublin out for yourselves and see what words it conjures up for you!
