To celebrate the summer holidays, Rocco Forte’s Hotel Savoy has designed an inviting ice cream & sorbet menu by the celebrated chef Fulvio Pierangelini, in collaboration with the French maison Ladurée. All the exquisite handcrafted ice creams are decorated with delicious and assorted Ladurée macaroons. During this special time of the partnership with the French confectioners – a unique Ladurée vintage bespoke cart will be exhibited on the terrace of the Hotel Savoy, on the famous Piazza della Repubblica.
The signature thyme-flavour “Savoy” ice cream – paired with lemon&basil, blood peach and red fruits macaroons – will offer guests an enjoyable and unparalleled gourmet. The finest summer experience continues inside at the bar and restaurant – with a display of fanciful summer limited-edition gift-boxes Vive l’été by Ladurée, enriched with colourful decorations and flowers by Sebastian Bierings, the renowned florist of the hotel.
