    Ithaa, the world’s first all-glass under-sea restaurant at the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island,  will celebrate its fifth Anniversary with Hubert de Billy from the prestigious Champagne House Pol Roger. The restaurant is five metres below the waves of the Indian Ocean, surrounded by a vibrant coral reef and encased in clear glass. Champagne has been the wine concept since the opening of Ithaa, to match both the unique Maldivian fusion cuisine and reflect the oxygen bubbles outside the restaurant. Read More | Comments
