Guests enjoy sumptuous meals in an environment decorated with 18th century antiques. The Oval Office Bar has a rocking chair used by JFK. Memorabilia from United States Presidents with Irish roots is also on display. Selections include Quail Consommé, Loin of Lamb and steak- lots of steak. Rib eye, T-Bone and Filet Mignon are all on the menu. Soufflés are baked to order.
Seasons Restaurant (fourseasons.com/Dublin) is located inside the Four Seasons hotel. After significant trial and error the facility has emerged as a Sunday brunch hotspot. Seasons specializes in modern Irish cuisine. Chefs use fresh local ingredients to create simple dishes influenced by a variety of cultures. At Seasons, a Menu by Design option allows guests to select the manner in which their seafood and meat dishes are prepared along with the condiments used. Selections include Flat Field Mushroom and Tomato, Black and White Pudding and Roast Halibut. Vegetarian selections are also available. Reservations are highly recommended for lunch and dinner.
